Ned Mills

Ned Mills is a senior clinician specialising in complex lower limb rehabilitation and return to performance in elite sport, with experience working in elite rugby union and football, and consulting across numerous other sports. He holds undergraduate qualifications in Sport Therapy and Strength and Conditioning, alongside a Master’s degree in Sports Rehabilitation, and is currently completing a PhD in Clinical and Musculoskeletal Science focused on profiling and rehabilitation strategies for ACL and hamstring injuries. His research interests centre on tissue loading, function, and bridging mechanistic science with high-performance practice.
