Scot Morrison is a board certified orthopaedic physical therapist and certified strength coach who views rehabilitation as a process of identifying what goals matter to an individual, where they currently are, and then creating an adaptive and systematic plan to get there. His approach is patient centered, based on fundamental concepts of exercise science, motor control, and physiology. He is actively engaged in advancing the profession via peer reviewed publications and education of sports med practitioners in professional and collegiate sports.
His special interests include the management of tendinopathies and other athletic overuse injuries, return-to-play processes, and the integration of sound exercise prescription into rehabilitation and recovery.
