Liz is a specialist dance physiotherapist in the West End and works with The MTA (Musical Theatre Academy) as their consultant physio and ‘Conditioning for Dance’ coach.
After gaining a BA in psychology she went on to dance professionally for 15 years. Trained originally in Ballet, she eventually specialised in Latin and Ballroom.
Her years as a dancer sparked her interest in sports injuries and she obtained an advanced diploma in sports therapy in 2009. She graduated from Kings College London in 2016 with a master’s in physiotherapy. She has worked with dancers clinically for over 12 years and is the resident physio on The Lion King with West End Osteopathy.
