In 2009, Adam was a First Team fitness coach and Youth Academy soccer coach with the New England Revolution of MLS. In 2016, Adam spent a season with the Orlando Pride of the NWSL as a Fitness Coach.
In 2017, Adam joined the Atlanta Hawks of the NBA as a Performance Therapist. In his current role with the Phoenix Suns, Adam oversees all rehabilitation, return to play, and performance training.
Adam is the host of the Finding Small Wins podcast – a podcast that pulls back the curtain on sports to help listeners upgrade their health and performance.
